Samovilla complex consists of 5 luxurious standalone wooden villas, nestled in the heart of the Rila mountain, in the village of Govedartsi, approximately one hour's drive from Sofia, and in close proximity to the ski resorts of Maliovitsa and Borovets.
Villas are constructed in a Scandinavian design using solid logs of Finnish pine, creating unique ambiance amidst the majestic mountain peaks and forests that surround Samovilla.
Each villa in Samovilla complex has two floors and offers a total area of 120m². On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining area with a table for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a toilet. In front of each villa, there is a spacious terrace facing the courtyard with an outdoor table for 6 people and sun loungers. On the second floor there are two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a shared terrace offering a unique view of the mountains and the forest.
Samovilla complex also has a club house and restaurant exclusively for its guests and a relax zone in the courtyard with a Finnish sauna and an open-air Jacuzzi. Free Wi-Fi is also available, as well as a private parking.
