Joya Park Hotel is housed in a six-story building with two elevators and an outdoor pool with a children's section, located in the midst of a unique park. It was opened in 2006 and is situated in the most peaceful part of the Golden Sands summer resort, about 450 meters from the sea and the center of the town, and 150 meters from the bus station to Varna and Albena. About 23 km is from Varna airport, and within a short walking distance from numerous entertainment facilities offered by this summer resort.
Joya Park Hotel offers accommodation in rooms, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments. There is also a restaurant with a terrace with 120 seats, a lobby bar, and a children's corner with swings and a slide. Next to the outdoor pool, there is also a bar, and guests have access to sunbeds and sun umbrellas. The hotel features a tennis court with artificial grass, billiards, a gym, and a relaxation center with a sauna, steam bath, and Jacuzzi. Free Wi-Fi is also available, as well as private parking within the complex, although it is limited.
